Instead of the OverDrive Music title I expected, I downloaded a file with the extension 'ODM'. How do I download the OverDrive Music title?

Downloading an ODM file is part of the OverDrive Music download process.

If your mobile device has Windows Mobile 5 or 6, you can complete the OverDrive Music title download by opening the ODM file using OverDrive Media Console for Windows Mobile. To review system requirements and download OverDrive Media Console for Windows Mobile, click here.

If your mobile device does not run Windows Mobile 5 or 6, you cannot download OverDrive Music titles directly to your device. In order to listen to OverDrive Music titles on a supported portable device, you must first download OverDrive Music titles to your computer and then transfer them to the device using OverDrive Media Console™. I tried to download an OverDrive Music title to a Windows Mobile device and got an error saying 'Unable to locate folder of Windows Mobile device because folder is not found.' What should I do?

This error occurs if you have specified that you want to save a title to a sub-folder on an encrypted SD card. Currently, OverDrive Media Console for Windows Mobile only supports the download of OverDrive Music titles to the root folder of encrypted SD cards. Saving to sub-folders is supported if the SD card is not encrypted.
